I recently tried Power Yoga Canada and overall it was a decent experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and made sure to correct my form when needed. The studio was clean and well-maintained. However, I felt like the classes lacked a bit of variety and intensity. It would be great if they introduced more challenging sequences to cater to advanced practitioners. Nonetheless, it's a suitable option for beginners and those who prefer a more relaxed practice.
