I have been using Certintell telehealth for a few months now and it has been an average experience. The platform is easy to navigate and the video quality is good. However, there have been a few instances where the connection was not stable and it caused some disruptions during the sessions. Overall, I would say it is a decent telehealth service, but there is room for improvement.
