I've been going to Sun Factory Tanning for a while...

I've been going to Sun Factory Tanning for a while now and I have to say it's been a mixed experience. Some days the staff is great and the beds are in good condition, but other days it feels like they don't really care about customer service. The prices are decent, but I wish they would be more consistent with their level of service.
