I recently had the experience of working with a residential property management company, and I must say it was an average experience overall. The company website was decently designed and easy to navigate, allowing me to find relevant information about their services. The staff was courteous and responsive, although I did feel like there could have been more proactive communication on their part. The management of my property was satisfactory, with regular updates on tenant issues and maintenance requests.
