I recently had my chimney serviced by this company and I found their services to be average. The technicians arrived on time and were professional in their approach. They conducted a thorough inspection and cleaned the chimney thoroughly. However, I was not entirely satisfied with the quality of their work. After they left, I noticed some residue left behind and a lingering smell. I had to clean it up myself, which was disappointing. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other companies in the area offering similar services. The website was user-friendly and provided adequate information about their services, but I think they could improve on their customer support as I had to wait a bit longer for a response to my inquiries. Overall, my experience with this company was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
