I recently used the services of this company and although they have a sleek website and a good range of offerings, I felt that the overall experience was just average. The communication was a bit slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a response 🤷‍♂️. The delivery of the promotional items took longer than expected, and the quality was not as exceptional as I had hoped for. On the positive side, their customer service team was polite and tried to address my concerns. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the efficiency of their processes and the quality of their products. I hope they can enhance their service in the future.
