I recently used their service to gather customer reviews for my online store. The setup process was straightforward, and I appreciated the customization options for the review requests. However, I found the pricing to be a bit higher than what I expected, especially considering the level of service provided. The review collection process was efficient, but I wish there were more features available for analyzing and utilizing the gathered feedback. Overall, the experience was average, and while it fulfilled the basic requirements, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of value for the cost.
