I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services provided by Coastal Vision. 🌊 While their website was informative and easy to navigate, my overall experience was just average. 😐 The staff was professional and accommodating, but I felt that the service lacked a personal touch. The optometrist seemed knowledgeable, however, the examination felt rushed and I had to repeat myself a few times. The selection of eyewear was impressive, but the prices were on the higher side. 💸 I appreciated the option to schedule appointments online, although the wait times at the office were longer than expected. Overall, Coastal Vision offers a decent range of services, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer interaction and pricing. A satisfactory experience, but not exceptional. 🤔
