I recently purchased some outdoor products from the company's website. The selection was diverse and the website was easy to navigate. I did encounter some delays in shipping, which was a bit disappointing. However, the quality of the products was good and they were exactly as described on the website. Customer service was responsive and helpful in addressing my concerns about the shipping delays. Overall, I would say my experience was average. The company has good products and a user-friendly website, but they could improve on their shipping process to meet customer expectations more consistently.
