I recently used the locker service on this website...

I recently used the locker service on this website and found it to be a pretty average experience. The website was quite user-friendly and it was easy to find the information I needed. However, the overall service was just okay. The locker I used was clean and well-maintained, but there were a few inconveniences. Firstly, the location of the locker was a bit far from where I needed it to be, which was a hassle. Secondly, the process of retrieving my package from the locker took longer than expected and the instructions provided were not very clear. Additionally, their customer support was not very responsive and it took some time to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, it was a decent service but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of convenience and customer service.
