My experience with Pronty b.v. was quite mixed. On one hand, their products are of great quality and I really loved some of the items I purchased. On the other hand, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and the delivery was delayed. Nonetheless, I am happy with the overall quality of the products.
