I recently purchased a point-of-sale system from this company and overall my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products, but I found the customer service to be a bit slow in responding to my inquiries. The product itself is decent quality and has been working well for my business so far. However, I did encounter a small issue with the installation process, and it took a few attempts to get it resolved. I appreciate their efforts to assist me, but there were some hiccups along the way. Overall, it's an average experience with room for improvement in customer support and technical assistance.
