As a customer, I found the experience with this police department to be average. The website was easy to navigate and contained useful information about services and contact details. However, I did encounter some issues with response times to non-emergency inquiries. I also felt that the community outreach section could be more comprehensive in providing information about local events and crime prevention tips. It would be beneficial to see more effort in engaging with the community through social media and other platforms. In terms of professionalism and resources, the department seemed to be satisfactory. Overall, there is room for improvement in engaging with the public and addressing non-urgent inquiries in a timely manner.
