As a customer, I recently visited a local orthodontist for a consultation and was referred to Dr. Doug Smith. I must say that my experience was fairly average overall. The company's website, meadvilleorthodontics.com, provided basic information about their services and treatment options. The staff was polite and professional, but I didn't feel a strong connection or personalized care. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. As for the consultation itself, Dr. Doug Smith seemed knowledgeable and answered all my questions adequately, but lacked enthusiasm. In terms of price, the fees were in line with other orthodontists in the area. In conclusion, my experience with Dr. Doug Smith and his practice was average in terms of service, but nothing stood out to me as exceptional or extraordinary.
