I have mixed feelings about my experience with Pg mall sdn bhd (headquarters). While the website, pgmall.my, is easy to use, I encountered a few issues with the checkout process. The customer service was slow in resolving my problems, but eventually, everything was sorted out. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
