I recently used the services of bmcimplementatie.nl to implement a new software system for my business. The team was knowledgeable and initially gave off a very professional vibe. However, I encountered some communication issues and felt that my project did not receive the attention it deserved. The overall process was somewhat disappointing and I wished for a smoother experience. On a positive note, the final implementation was functional and met my basic needs. 🤔 I would recommend them with reservations, as I believe there is room for improvement in their customer service and project management.
