As a customer, I found the services to be quite average. The website was user-friendly, and I appreciated the range of resources available for real estate and mortgage information. However, the response time to inquiries could be improved, and the overall communication felt a bit lacking. The company seemed knowledgeable but didn't go the extra mile to make me feel valued as a client. The loan process was smooth, but I wish there had been more personalized guidance throughout. Overall, an okay experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. 👍
