I had an average experience with Album Crafters. The quality of the albums was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was relatively smooth. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and did not provide satisfactory solutions to my concerns. Overall, I would say that Album Crafters is an average option for getting custom albums made.
