I recently used the services of this company, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the information I needed quickly. However, I found their customer service to be somewhat lacking. I had a few questions that were not addressed promptly, and it took a while to get the assistance I needed. The booking process was smooth, but I encountered a small issue with the confirmation of my reservations. The company could definitely improve their communication and responsiveness to enhance the overall customer experience. Despite these challenges, I did have a decent trip, but it would have been better with more efficient support from the company.
