I recently participated in a clinical trial conducted by a research company in South Florida. The experience was positive overall. The staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. The facility was clean and comfortable. However, I feel that the study could have been more organized in terms of scheduling and communication. Nonetheless, I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to medical research.
