I recently had an average experience with this company. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products and services. However, I found their customer service to be rather lackluster. When I reached out for assistance, it took them longer than expected to respond and their answers were not very helpful. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit steep compared to similar companies in the market. On a positive note, the technicians who came to install the air conditioning unit were professional and efficient. The product itself works well and meets my expectations. Overall, my experience with this company was okay, but I expected a higher level of customer service for the price I paid. If they improve their support and pricing, they could become a top contender in the industry.
