As a customer, I recently ordered a bouquet from this company's website. 🌸🌼 Although the ordering process was quick and straightforward, I must say that I was slightly disappointed with the overall experience. The bouquet I received was average in terms of freshness and arrangement. 😐 The flowers were not as vibrant as I had expected, and some of them began wilting sooner than anticipated. Additionally, the delivery service was punctual, but the packaging could have been better to protect the flowers. 💐 The customer service, however, was responsive and addressed my concerns promptly. Overall, while my experience with the company was not outstanding, it was still satisfactory. I would recommend this company if you are looking for an average floral service, but don't expect anything extraordinary. 🌺👍
