I recently used their services to plan a charitable event, and I have mixed feelings. On one hand, their website is pretty easy to navigate, and they have a good selection of resources and tools for event planning. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did finally get a response, the information provided was not always accurate. I think they have potential, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Overall, it was an average experience for me. 😕
