I recently used the services of this security company and I have mixed feelings about it. On the positive side, their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services. The installation process was also smooth, with the technicians being knowledgeable and professional. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get a hold of someone when I had questions or concerns, and when I did, the response time was slow. Additionally, I expected a higher level of support after the installation, but unfortunately, that was not the case. In terms of the security system itself, it worked adequately, but I have noticed a few glitches that need to be addressed. Overall, I would rate them as average due to their website and installation, but improvements are definitely needed in their customer service and post-sales support.
