I recently had an orthopedic treatment at a spa in Verona, and I must say, it was a mixed experience. The staff was friendly and professional, but the service was not consistent. Some days I had to wait for a long time, while other times I was seen quickly. The treatments were effective, but I expected more personalized care. Overall, it was an okay experience.
