I recently purchased a sports scarf from this company's website and I have to say, I had an average experience overall. The website itself was easy to navigate and had a decent variety of scarves to choose from. However, I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the product. The material felt cheap and not as soft as I expected. The design was nice, but I noticed some fading after just a few washes. In terms of customer service, they were prompt in addressing my concerns, but I felt like they could have been more helpful in finding a solution. The shipping was also fairly average, taking about a week to arrive. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average.
