I recently purchased some sports equipment from their website 🏀 and overall, I had an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable 💰. However, the customer service was not satisfactory 😕. I had a few questions about the products, but it took a while for them to respond to my inquiries. The shipping was decent, arrived within the expected time ⌛, but the packaging could have been handled better. One of the items arrived slightly damaged 📦. The quality of the products themselves were average, nothing exceptional but not terrible either. I would consider shopping with them again if they improve their communication and packaging.
