I recently had the opportunity to work with a local accounting firm in Dallas, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the communication was somewhat impersonal. The team seemed knowledgeable and capable, but I would have appreciated more personalized attention. The pricing was reasonable, and they did deliver on their promised services, so that was a positive aspect. Overall, my experience with this accounting firm was average. I would consider working with them again if I require their services in the future, but I hope they improve their customer service to provide a more satisfying experience.
