I had a mixed experience with Genesis Search Group. Initially, I was impressed with their website and the range of job listings available. However, the communication with the company was lacking. It took several follow-ups before I received a response. Once I connected with a recruiter, things improved, and they helped me find a suitable job. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I believe they could improve their responsiveness.
