I recently purchased some glass products from this company's website. The selection was good, and the prices were competitive. However, I found the website design a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. The ordering process was smooth, but the delivery took longer than expected. In terms of customer service, they were responsive to my inquiries but could have been more proactive in providing updates about my order. The quality of the products was satisfactory, but I felt that the packaging could have been sturdier to prevent any damage during transit. Overall, it was an average experience. There is room for improvement in terms of website usability, delivery time, and packaging. 😐
