My experience with Nucleus Systems has been a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, their products are innovative and perform well. On the other hand, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It often takes a long time to get a response, and when you do, it's not always helpful. Despite these issues, I would still rate them as above average.
