I recently had the opportunity to work with this company, and I must say, 😐it was an average experience. While their website is user-friendly and informative, the actual process of building our custom home left much to be desired. The communication 😑was lacking, as there were multiple instances where we had to follow-up multiple times for updates on the project. Additionally, the quality of work was decent, but not outstanding. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed after the completion of the project. On the positive side, the staff was polite and accommodating, and they did make an effort to rectify the issues promptly. Overall, if you're looking for an average home building experience with a company that offers competitive pricing, 🤷‍♂️Pioneer Custom Homes might be worth considering. However, if you're seeking exceptional quality and seamless communication, you might want to explore other options.
