The experience I had with this company was average. I found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. They had a good range of fire equipment products available for purchase. However, the customer service was just okay. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry and the staff didn't seem overly helpful or knowledgeable. The pricing was also average, not too expensive but not the cheapest either. The delivery of my order was timely though, so that was a plus. Overall, it was an average experience with this company. They have room for improvement in terms of customer service, but their website and product availability are decent.
