🏢 I recently had the opportunity to partner with this property management company and I must say, their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, there were a few areas for improvement. The response time to my inquiries was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Additionally, the communication throughout the process could have been clearer. On the positive side, their staff was friendly and professional. They showed a genuine interest in addressing my concerns and resolving any issues that arose. While the overall experience was not outstanding, it was an average one. If they focus on enhancing their responsiveness and communication, they have the potential to become a top-notch company in the industry.👍
