I recently used this insurance company for my home and auto policies, and I found their website to be very user-friendly and informative. It was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was just okay. The representatives were polite, but I didn't feel like they went above and beyond to address my concerns. The quotes I received were average compared to other companies I checked. Overall, I'd say my experience was pretty average. 👍🏼
