I've had a mixed experience with AlexaChung. While their website is visually appealing and the product selection is decent, the customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with an order and it took a while for them to resolve it. However, once the issue was resolved, I received my order quickly and the quality was good. Overall, I would give them another chance but with some reservations.
