I have been using Logist co., ltd. for a while now and I must say, they have been providing an average service. The delivery times are usually on time, but there have been a few delays in the past. The customer service is responsive and helpful, although I have had a few instances where my queries took longer to be resolved. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5.
