The glass jewelry from Roberto Perziano is decent, but I can't say I was impressed. The designs lacked that 'wow' factor, and the craftsmanship was average at best. The customer service was okay, nothing exceptional. It was an average experience overall, but I understand that personal preferences play a role in appreciating artistic creations.
