I have been living at Bel Aire Terrace Apartments for a year now, and I must say that my experience has been average. The apartment complex itself is well-maintained and the amenities are decent. However, I have had some issues with the management and maintenance staff. The response time for maintenance requests has been slow, and the staff can be unhelpful at times. Overall, I would say that it is an okay place to live, but there are definitely better options out there.
