The overall experience with Health Central Park Nursing Home was average. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility was not very clean. The food was also not great, and there were often long wait times for medications. However, the activities provided for the residents were enjoyable and there was a nice outdoor area for them to relax. Overall, it was an okay experience.
