I recently had a family member stay at this facility, and the overall experience was average. The staff seemed caring and attentive, but there were some communication issues at times. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, but it felt a bit outdated. The food was decent but lacked variety. The activities provided were enjoyable, but I wished there were more options. On the positive side, the location was convenient, and the atmosphere was generally calm. However, the overall experience didn't exceed expectations. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but there's room for improvement in various aspects.
