I recently had the opportunity to work with a digital media company for my business needs. While their website was aesthetically pleasing, I found my overall experience to be just average. The communication from the team was adequate, but there were times when I had to follow up for updates. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but I was hoping for a bit more creativity and innovation. The turnaround time met my expectations, but it was not exceptionally quick. The pricing was reasonable, considering the industry standards but I feel like I could have received more value for what I paid. Overall, my experience with this company was neither outstanding nor disappointing. If you're looking for a company that can get the job done without any frills, they might be a suitable choice.
