I had a mixed experience with Cestovní kancelář zájezd. The website ck-zajezd.cz was easy to use and had a lot of information, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me with my travel plans. However, once I was on the trip, everything went smoothly and I enjoyed my time. Overall, an average experience.
