I recently engaged with a professional services firm in Denmark and found the experience to be quite average. The consultants were knowledgeable and courteous, but the overall service lacked a certain personal touch. The communication was somewhat formal and could have been more engaging. 🤨 Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to similar services in the market. On a positive note, the company's reputation and brand image are definitely solid, and their expertise in their field is evident. Overall, it's an okay option if you're looking for a corporate, no-frills approach, but there are other firms that offer a more personalized experience for their clients.
