I recently started practicing yoga and stumbled upon Athayoga (schweiz) gmbh through a friend. I must say, I am extremely impressed with their classes and instructors. The atmosphere is calming and the instructors are knowledgeable and patient. I can feel myself becoming more flexible and centered. The studio is clean and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to practice there. Highly recommend!
