I recently discovered a website that sells Dutch games and was intrigued by their unique offerings. I decided to give it a try and placed an order through their website. The ordering process was fairly easy, and I appreciated the clear product descriptions. However, I had a few issues with my order. The shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the packaging could have been better as one of the games arrived slightly damaged. Despite these setbacks, I must commend their customer service team for their prompt response and willingness to resolve the issue. They offered a replacement or a refund, which was appreciated.
