I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using the services of Botswana telecommunications corporation (btc) for quite some time now. I must say, their services are average. While they do provide reliable internet connectivity, their customer support and response time can be improved. I have had a few instances where I faced technical issues and it took quite some time for them to resolve it. Overall, they are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
