I've been a customer of Mound City Bank for a while now and I have to say, they've been great! The staff is always welcoming and ready to assist. I particularly like their online banking platform which is easy to navigate. It would be perfect if they offered more rewards and benefits to loyal customers like me. But overall, I'm very satisfied with their services.
