I recently ordered aggregates from a company for my construction project. The product quality was good and the delivery was on time. However, I feel like the customer service could have been better. The representative I spoke with didn't seem very knowledgeable about the products and it took a while to get my questions answered. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase but I wish the company would improve their customer service.
