My experience with Metroshop was average. The website layout could be more user-friendly, and finding specific products was a bit challenging. The customer service team was helpful, though their response time could be improved. The delivery was timely, but the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked. Overall, Metroshop is decent, but there is room for improvement.
